Max Reserva Valle de Aconcagua Cabernet Sauvignon

Delicious and well balanced wine. On the dry side and not very full bodied but really nicely balanced.

At first, I found too much oakiness. But, it really changes as you change pairings.

Very rich but blunt in flavour, not top dark or light, not too dry, quite soft. Soaky oaked fruity aromas and flavours that melt in mouth.
