30+ minute decant. Purple and red color mix. Restrained nose of blackberries and bbq chicken. Nice blue and black fruit, but lacked depth. Great texture and extremely easy drinking. Paired nicely with pasta. I really enjoyed this for the price! — 6 years ago

Flinty minerals on the nose, medium body and a good amount of acid hit the palate, a tart citrus that lingers with some mouth coating minerals. Had the tart acid of a cool climate Sauv Blanc but a different minerality compared to Loire Valley. Paired amazingly with jerk chicken and Caribbean rice and mango salsa #gotm2020 — 6 years ago
