Deep Ruby with aromas of jammy fruit, pepper and toasty cedar. On the palate flavors of black currant, jammy blackberry and pepper, vivid acidity with fine grainy tannins, long finish ending with fruit, pepper spice, oak and earthy character. Nice.

Big, chalky tannins on this with a sweet berry nose (that does not translate to the palate). Dark plum and dark chocolate in the mouth. This needs some serious time, red meat and some fat to combat those tannins.
