Excellent 2005 Burgundy with rustic and savory red and dark fruits and very fine tannins. Still has a good life ahead, but drinking quite well right now.

Brief taste on pop and pour without benefit of air, but contributed to a great base for Beef Bourguignon for our wine group dinner. Finally found a great use for Burgundy! 😉✌🏻
