Le Grade Fiano di Avellino

Golden apple, almond, not as fresh as it could have been, but it is 4 years old. CO2 presents as ripping acidity, ok weight/mouthfeel.
Day 2- clean, crisp, with adequate body and a clean lemon-almond aroma.
Good wine, over-carbonated.

Pale golden color. Aromas of orchard and stone fruits, white flowers and wet stones. Flavors of pear, peach, honey and lemon zest with notes of pepper spice and a good amount of minerality. Noticeable hit of saline on the medium and very earthy finish. Loads of crisp acidity and a bit lighter in body. Refreshing and clean, but a bit high (13.5%) in alcohol. Best on a hot day and with food.
