What a discovery!
Fresh yet very elegant nose, with Granny Smith apples, greenish apricots, underripe mirabelle plums, salty accents. So pure & racy. A touch reductive, but in a nice way.
Super nice mouthfeel, with depth & purity but also a nice creamy roundness, accentuated by the old wood.
Like a v. good Burgundy with more green apples than lemons.
A brilliant food wine.
