Dry Riesling

Very dry #pfalz #riesling - and quite nice. Creamy stone fruit on nose. White peaches and citrus on palate. Wonderful acidity.

Lime and stone. Nice zip. Great with our ahi poke. One of my favorite producers from the Pfalz, with this wine being pretty killer especially considering it's only their QbA. I had a similar experience with Keller's QbA Tröcken Riesling from the Rheinhessen recently.

Very crisp and dry. Chardonnay-esque finish. Less mineral taste than Clean Slate.

2012, Pfeffingen Dry Riesling, Pfalz. Stone fruit, pear, citrus and tons of acidity. Excellent value dry Riesling.
