vintage 2019 | Such a solid and beautiful pinot noir, especially with 6-8 cellar years. My wife said three times: my gosh, this is delicious. Paired with a steak, shimesji mushrooms, parsnip frites and a salad. Loads of red fruit, esp raspberries. Vibrant taste. Crucial to pick the largest glasses.

Mar 14th, 2026Vintage 2019 | Tasted blind | This sucks. I tasted this wine twice last six months. It is my cellar. Did not recognize it. It is too young. It suffered from the wine that we tasted next to it, a beautiful pinot noir from North Italy. Light colour. Licorice and caramel. Little sweet touch in the mouth, nice bitters, still strict because of the tannins. Will become a beauty within 3 - 5 years.
