Lovely flinty, lightly toasted oak, mineral and faint apple fruit aromas and flavors, great acidity, just tastes like only white Burgundy does, lingering finish, very fine!! (With apologies to @Tom Casagrande for committing infanticide on such a young white Burgundy!! 🤔🤷😎)
