Last time I opened one of these, it was HOT (15% ABV, but tasted more alcoholic than 15%), and I speculated it might settle down with 2-3 years of bottle aging. I was WRONG, it’s now raisins, excessive leather/brett, a drain pour!! SHOCKED (!!!) Chapoutier would put his name on this bottle!!

Pretty ripe and rich (15% ABV), lovely blue and red fruits, probably needs 3-4 years to even out, but I do worry about the alcohol level. (2 days later, alcohol is even more over the top and dominant, downgrading my original score to reflect that.)
