Tastes like apple pie. It tastes syrupy but doesn't feel thick like syrup. The apple flavour is sweet but also tart. Had it with a nougat cake and it instantly became bright, tart, and refreshing. It also magically brought out the sweetness of the nuts and dried fruit.
The bubbles are lovely, fine and sharp. Definately a strong carbonation. — 5 years ago
