pear, citrus, must. Dare I say a little peppery? Very full bodied. Probably would have been better 6 months ago when I bought it. Oops. — 8 months ago
Spicy! Lighter body than I was expecting but a super full expression and lingers on the palette. I am overdue for a trip to the wine store so this was my only"everyday" red available and I don't really know why I was avoiding it because it's decent! — a year ago
Deep vegetal nose with a cereal / grain undertone. Very dry and short finish, which I enjoy! A little more sweet than I was expecting but not an issue for me. — a year ago
It almost doesn't taste like anything? Goes down a little too easy? I'm enjoying it but it could be a little more expressive. — 20 days ago
First, we must consider the setting of my consumption of this wine: the Savannah airport Hilton garden inn, after 4 days of flight cancellations due to a freak snowstorm. Second, we must take this wine for what it is: a budget Malbec. Considering both of these factors, it's excellent! Robust, jammy, and incredibly drinkable. Pairs great with Cheetos, gummy bears, and true crime TV shows! — 7 months ago
The most concentrated juicy red of all time. Super smooth and cool and amazing. Let it open up for 20 minutes or more before drinking. — a year ago
HOLY SHIT is this an incredible wine. Incredible cherry punch with a deep vegetal structure underneath. One of the most complex and well-made wines I've ever had. I cannot believe this is being grown in North Carolina, and I REALLY cannot believe they got a petit verdot to be like this. I chalk it up to their focus on working with the juice and minimal intervention agriculture. Being situated on the continental divide, surrounded by apple farms doesn't hurt. — a year ago
Ignore the label because it will set your expectations incorrectly. All in all a good wine. Very light bodied. Crisp and refreshing! — a year ago

Tastes like grape drank. To be fair, that makes it very drinkable. Somehow tasted much better at the winery. Gotta support local! — 6 days ago
