This wine is now called the Elevedo by the winemaker in more recent vintages. Good but definitely on the big and rich side, which is becoming typical for the Alma Rosa Pinots. 14.9% ABV. It’s definitely a good wine but not my favorite style, especially for the price point. — a month ago
Black cherry, mushroom, leather, and dried herbs. Full bodied for a Pinot but not too opulent. Medium plus finish. — a day ago
Sour cherries, bright strawberries, and ginger. Long lasting, mouth-watering finish. — a month ago
Roasted pineapple, hazelnut, and a hint of citrus delivers a rebound of acidity within a rich palate. Creamy and broad with well integrated oak. — 18 days ago
Nutty with citrus, mineral, and caramel. Definitely on the dry side. — a month ago
