Perle Trento Brut Chardonnay 2018
Ferrari Trento low key make great wine.
I was surprised. I asked for whatever Franciacorta they had, she said they only had Trentino opened, they offered this, and I was not disappointed. It was excellent.
@Raun Kupiec if you ever get a chance to try the Giulio Ferrari Riserva del Fontadore (vintage), do it. It’s sensational.

Les Hautés Auxey-Duresses Chardonnay 2020
Just opened another bottle from the same case and it was dramatically different. Bright, paler yellow and not as dark, not oxidized. Less woody, more spicy. It was a flawed bottle 2 weeks ago.
