This finally came together. This blend of Cab S, Merlot, San Giovese and Syrah is in a great spot.
Nose filled with sweet red fruit, ripe cherries and almond paste. The tanins are soft and the mouthfeel silky. Nice herb touch too. Paired with spaghetti with tomatoes/ preserved lemon/ honey/ cream sauce and that matched very very well. — 18 days ago

Funny. Opened the same bottle a couple of days ago. Wine tasted better day2 and 3. Acidity evolves nicely with a little oxygen. Complexity intensifies. So potential here for additional cellering.
