Funny. Opened the same bottle a couple of days ago. Wine tasted better day2 and 3. Acidity evolves nicely with a little oxygen. Complexity intensifies. So potential here for additional cellering.

Magna Cum Laude Toscana Super Tuscan Blend 2017
This finally came together. This blend of Cab S, Merlot, San Giovese and Syrah is in a great spot.
Nose filled with sweet red fruit, ripe cherries and almond paste. The tanins are soft and the mouthfeel silky. Nice herb touch too. Paired with spaghetti with tomatoes/ preserved lemon/ honey/ cream sauce and that matched very very well. — 19 days ago
