Very interesting style of Cab Franc. Robust and fill of dark fruited notes though still balanced, perhaps due to age. — 8 months ago
Red and black fruit mingle with turned earth and spice box characters. Lush while still playing lightly across the palate. Layers of ripeness are holding up on this 6 year PN. Velvet tannins and vibrant acid frame the wine from start to finish. A great representation of the 2015 vintage. — 5 years ago
Slight aroma of new rubber bands. Taste of key limes and canned honey peaches. Medium finish. Really interesting. — 7 years ago

Delightful Syrah. Very fruit forward on the nose. The taste is nicely balanced, the fruit giving way to an unctuous flavor blend, pepper, leather, and bits of olive. The finish could be a bit longer. — 9 years ago
2014 vintage. Rounded fruit flavors of melon, poached pear, yellow apple, unripe pineapple, white flowers, little waxiness from the Roussanne. Nice little blend with different contributions from each component variety. — 9 years ago

Of all the comrades that e'er I had
They're sorry for my going away
And all the sweethearts that e'er I had
They'd wish me one more day to stay
But since it fell into my lot
That I should go and you should not
I'll gently rise and softly call
Good night and joy be to you all
Fill to me the parting glass
And drink a health whate'er befalls
Then gently rise and softly call
Good night and joy be to you all

Never been much for Malbec, but this one is special! Great blend of fruit and spice notes. Love the art and passion that goes into this wine. — 6 years ago

Great Washington Rhone blend. Another Owen Roe winner!!! Dark cherry and strawberry notes with chocolate and mint flavors in the finish. Well balanced and elegant. A dark wine to compliment a dark story. — 9 years ago
Bold. Dark. Spice. — 9 years ago
A wonderful Cabernet from one of the best vineyards in Washington. After 21 years, it is still drinking quite deliciously. I would even speculate it has a few more years in it. It was a pleasure to drink. — 6 months ago
Very pure. Very fresh #Mencia It is an approach to #mencía that I love and that is tricky to get right, because it borders on the green but is just ripe enough. Youthful and juicy. #valdeorras — 5 years ago
Fruity start, a little green pepper on finish — 5 years ago
2014 vintage.
Had this for the first time at the winery in Yakima late last year and was blown away by the freshness and quality of fruit. Lemon verbena and tropical fruit and petrol jump out of the glass and onto your palate. Dry, but with a midpalate roundness that makes it more interesting the more you drink it.
Also, the label looks like the Tower of Joy from "Game of Thrones". — 8 years ago
I love the dusty rose note I get from Owen Roe Syrah in the aromas and on the palate. I also get cocoa, sweet spices, and blackberry aromas. The texture is lovely. I'd like to hold onto this for a few more years, but it is juicy and tempting now! — 9 years ago
