Not much on the nose, but this is a very nice white. 80% chard gives it boday and lit oak. 20% Favorita lightens it up to remind me of a heavy pinot grogio. Great with or without food. Yum!

Nice rossese. Like a fleshier more peppery Italian style Beaujolais. With a bit of chill an excellent pairing with some chicken thighs cooked with shawarma seasonings. Acid maybe slightly lacking on the finish, but still nice. — 3 years ago
