Recently discovered this brewery in Mason, MI (about 15 min from our house), this sour reminds me a lot of what I would descibe as a slightly lighter version of Jolly Pumpkin’s La Roja. Great balance with a hint of cherries, this beer is legit. Well done, Bad Brewing! — 7 years ago

The terroir of the Old vines in Sierra Foothills give this California grown Tempranillo a beautiful new world character. The fruit is forward but balanced and just a lovely easy wine to drink. Acid structure solid for cellaring but it’s hard to tell how long without tannic testing — 7 years ago

This extremely dark-tinted wine is dark on the nose and on the palate as well. Aromas of black fruit and oaky spice meet flavors of the same style, with earthy mineral notes underneath. It is undeniably a fruity wine, despite the heft and brawn that it brings. Tannins are tall and toothy, so get that grill fired up and throw a ribeye on it. — 9 years ago
