These are notes from my memory of last night. This was outstanding. Loads of dried cherry fruit and bright cracked stony/gravelly minerality. A very linear mouthfeel, with length, intensity, and focus favored over broadness. A great example drunk with my Novarese braised roast. — 2 years ago

Nose has intense and pure dark cherry fruit along with a lot of crushed stone-laced gravel, along with a note that reminds me of clove-studded pot roast. Focused and clear in the mouth, it’s basically got tons of flavor packed into a weightless package. Great acids. Tannins present and providing nice structure but soft. Long finish.
