6/30/22 Chamonix Dinner — 4 years ago
Juicy apple and pear with a creaminess that indicates malolactic, crisp acidity and freshness to lift it on the finish. — 6 years ago
Stunning velvety red. Perfect with our French menu for New Years in chamonix. — 6 years ago
— 8 years ago
Dinner with John after two weeks on the mountain - including my first solo night at Chamonix. John went to VA to see P&T and pick up the foosball table and games. — 10 months ago

Delicate layers of strawberry and cream. Very refreshing after a day’s snowboarding in Chamonix. — 6 years ago
Writing this retrospectively, which is a shame, but this wine enjoyed a week or two ago was so impressive. Very fat, rich, creamy and better than numerous BdBs that I’ve had from Champagne. Very nice stuff. — 7 years ago
Buy! Unique. — a year ago
Killer nose. Sweet meyer lemon, some gras, seashells and a faint hint of citrus. Substantial and deep aromas. Crushed wet stones and some flint and matchstick. More will come as it seems to be holding back. Some campfire now with air. What a palate. This is the bizness! Hugely concentrated and pure with insane depth. Green apple and citrus and unreal purity. I mean this is as pure as a fresh snow in Chamonix. Finishes so mineral and seashell inflected it’s like your sucking on a conch shell. Man I love what Fabien is doing here. Huge power and concentration but so nimble and structured. Unreal. Will see where air brings this wine. As this got air it got insanely complex and picked up finesse and even more chewy concentration. — 2 years ago
I thought this was a delicious white. It was recommended to us by the owner of Les Tables De Philippe in Chamonix with our main course. It had an oak after taste that had a bit of a charred flavor. It was complex and very enjoyable! I’d buy a case at some point. — 4 years ago
Nice mellow ruby colour with floral nose and raspberries and strawberries on palate
Good acidity and fruit balance with lovely aftertaste

So so good. A wonderful rosé. Found in Chamonix. — 6 years ago
Classic Vosne-Romanée spices, amazing bright and somehow lush juicy red fruit, perfect body and size, needs more time to develop but love this wine.
