For what it’s trying to do, and at the price, it’s really fucking good.

Delicious. Paired with Chicken & Dumplings. Excellent for a Chardonnay — 4 months ago
Very good. A blackberry, plum and trinity: an oak, a vanilla and tobacco. — 6 months ago
Strange and fantastic. Smoky, meaty, quite tart and delicious. — 2 years ago
Heavens to Betsy this is delicious! I don't like using the word "smooth" to describe wine, but this Cabernet Sauvignon is Miles Davis. It's so good. Hard to pin down the fruit... blackberry, blueberry, cherry, tobacco, sweet cream, vanilla. A bit of lavender. Such soft, lingering tannins on the finish. Makes your teeth purple! I really love this wine, but I can't afford it.
Listening to Ralph Stanley, who I miss dearly — a month ago

Eric Bordelet is the acknowledged Cider Master from the Loire valley in Normandy (Mayenne). The colour of amber beer. This cider is made from a blend of 19 apple varieties including bitter, sweet and acidic varieties. Aromas of mouldy apple (unsurprisingly) Palate is intense yet refreshing with stewed apple and low acid. Fine bubbles. Only 6% ABV and very enjoyable. — 9 months ago
