Soft and bubbly, apple champagne. Flavorful but subtle enough that it can be paired as a desert wine. — 7 years ago
Oh man. This is so good. So pure. Dileneated pears and chrysanthemum. Great acidity and lovely sweetness. Just so fresh and did I mention... pure. Hot damn! Just plain yummy. Eric Bordelet and Jacques Perritaz (Ciderie du Vulcain) are the true kings of ciders for me. They changed the way I think of the beverage. — 8 years ago
Highly carbonated, complex, funk, and apple skin. Sweetness first with the effervescence, medium + body and sweet tart (candy) on the finish. — 10 years ago

I dont like cider at all. It’s insipid. Truly. This is good. Some RS and texture without an overwhelming effervescence. Most ciders are too effervescent. This is good effervescence. Wanna talk about too much effervescence? — 6 years ago
