Blueberry and cassis, bouquet of baking spice and maple syrup have this reminding me of blueberry pancakes. Not sweet though as the tannins from the Pennsylvania oak and cab shine through. As if breathes in the glass, earthy tones emerge including some charred pine and licorice notes. Very interesting wine. — 18 days ago
