Star bright pale gold. Shy but inviting nose and medium light palate of ripe green apple and flint. Medium acidity and flint mineral form the modest structure from entry to the moderate finish. Classic Fourchaume roundness with the extra mineral of the "dead man" makes for an excellent "all around" Chablis that can handle heavier fare than one would expect from the broader appellation.
