Clear, deep ruby with a garnet rim; on the nose, it's clean with medium intensity primary and secondary aromas of black cherries, graphite, and lavender; on the palate, it's dry with medium acidity, medium tannins, high alcohol, medium body, and medium intensity flavors of red plums, black cardamom, and strawberries with a long finish. Ripe… dark… viscous. Seeking and not finding structural balance. Nice berry fruit but no earth, no “green”, no acid. What a shame! First glass was drinkable… second over the top and boring…okay… time to get real… this wine sucks…far too sweet…like Meiomi for euro-trash wine geek wanna-be’s.
