Almost opaque, light brickish scarlet. Smokey, dried savory cherry notes…. Gorgeous balance between acid and fruit. Hard to keep from crushing the entire glass. Delightful creamy mousse with hints of toasted brioche, red fruit, and hints of baking spice. Dances across the palate with surprising grace and lightness.
