Cherries, cherries and a lot of other fruits. At the beach with old buds and a lot going w — 9 months ago
So so good. This is an inspiration wine for me - I started making a wine as an homage to this style a couple of years ago. So happy I did. I love this expression of grenache - you get all of the fruit, with some nice earthiness but minimal tannins and just a lot of depth in what is inherently a “simple” wine. Love this bottling, love this producer. — 4 years ago
A great wine!! acidity is finely tuned to suit the wine. not too complex just right — 4 years ago
Still spry, energetic, and settled. Drank over the course of 12 hours, and still showed the dimensions we crave from Robinot. This bottle has made me think all of his bottles need 5-10 years. I bet this could’ve sat for another 5-10 and been just fine. — 7 months ago

Very nice Barolo from a year I haven’t had much of. Needs an hour+ of air to balance out. Tons of cherry on the nose. Palate is intense, in a good way - the fruit hits hard and persists with mouth staining power. Long finish with excellent acid. Structure on the finish is still quite serious, but with food (a long simmered beef shin and pork shoulder ragu this time) does very well. — 16 days ago
