Straw to light golden, quite young to judge by the color; fresh, stony and quite tight on the nose with some development pronounced in sour apple and quince, macadamia and a dash of white pepper. Smokey on day two. Medium + weight but greatly framed, well-shaped and balanced. A bit awkward at the finish but has the same mineral, peppery, developed fruit aftertaste. Waxy.
