Not a rosé for the faint of heart. Saignée and 100% Grand Cru Pinot Noir this has plenty of red fruit and minerality. Robust and captivating with food. — 8 years ago

Happy New Year! — 6 years ago
Fleeting nose. Oily yet subtle taste with mild acidity. Seemed medium dry. — 7 years ago
Banging. $20 G — 5 years ago
Dynamic garnet with subtle brick red edges. Tremendously expressive of wild berry, hibiscus, red plum, thyme, saddle leather, and wet earth aromatically. Assertive, but ripe, tannins with fresh acidity and sour fruit like unripe strawberry, rhubarb, and dried cranberry define a sturdy, yet bright, texture. — 6 years ago

Beautiful nose if bitter almond, key lime pie, sea air, and that strange Marsanne/Roussanne Saint-Péray minerality, nervy and aromatic, almost underarm if underarm smelled good. Palate is juicy, clean, graceful, with fine mousse, kumquat, bitter almond, and an ESB-like bitterness that makes it serious rather than easy. Not mass-market bubbles, but extremely impressive. — 2 months ago
