This was crisp! I love nothing more than crisp, refreshing, graceful, off-dry, so smooth and bubbly on my palette (live for that quality - always makes me smile like a morning sunrise), delicate fruitful aroma without overpowering the senses! Riesling to me is that wine that you can open up anytime of the day. With or without food! And I say that rarely! I would pair this maybe with a spicy pasta or jalapeño poppers! Riesling is usually my happy place! It still is, but I’m noticing a growing affinity for reds lately. Surprise! Surprise! None other than to me! — 5 years ago

Cloudy urine colour. With marshmallow creme enamel topping. Alpine sunrise lacing. Yeasty nose shows chive and beet greens. Grapefruit and black lime. Full palate creaminess turns sharp with lemon pith and oil surfacing. Microgreens and dried apricot form the parameters while yeasty pomelo notes bolster the core. Very zingy finish that refreshes the palate and adds substance.
