Garnet-tiled, murky, deep dress.Clos de Gat is an area of Judea in Israel. With two hours of aeration, the primary notes, generous very ripe and animal fruits mix well with the notes of aging and spices. We are not far from a Cornas or other wine from the North Rhône with the intensity of the Israeli sun. The notes of evolution go perfectly with the bouquet.

Third tasting of 2017 over a year and a half. First observation: this wine improves every time! For the rest, we are on a, jammy, peppery, moka, with fine floral notes. Wine from Morocco by an artisan winemaker from the Rhône, in the style of St-Jo or Croze over-vitamin.
Clear, deep ruby in color; on the nose, it's clean with pronounced primary and secondary aromas of cassis, cedar, and graphite on the nose; on the palate, it's dry with high acidity, high tannins, high alcohol, full body, and pronounced primary and secondary flavors of blackberries, black cherries, eucalyptus, and wet gravel with a medium finish. This wine is intense and complex, but a little too tannic and bitter for the amount of fruit (it probably needs more age, or more time in the decanter). After 30 minutes in a decanter, this wine is much more balanced and well integrated. Overall, I rate this wine as very good. — 8 months ago
Really liked this wine it was crisp and semi sweet but also dry. — 4 years ago
Of the 2020 releases from Marc Delienne (which has been quite the trip to work through), this was the cheapest, cleanest, and my favourite. Needs a little air to unfurl aromas of pomegranate, raspberry, and tomato leaves. Bright and juicy, with a rich texture to boot. Nice underlying minerality and spice. Finished in one seating, so a one in the binary scale. — 5 years ago
Great surprise! I really would say that the worst wine from Menage a Trois is excellent!
A great prosecco with fruity roots and little bubbles. It is refreshing especially for a Caribbean area where I am. — 5 years ago
The nose is animal to start with, black fruit, menthol, some vanilla and spice. The palate has a nice roundness at the start with a good middle with slightly tart fruit, but the tannins are rustic and a bit too dry at the finish, to tarnish the balance a little bit in my opinion. Not bad but this is expensive for a Village wine of that quality. 88-89 pts
88-89 pts — 6 years ago

Always one of the sure values among Moroccan wines. Evocation of the Rhône-Nord, an ode to Syrah reminiscent of a Crozes or St Jo, under the vertical sun. Great consistency from the nose to the final. Requires at least two hours of ventilation. Floral, fruity, peppery etc. Even better the next day.
— 3 years ago
Rich cherry and voluptuous blackberry flavors with aromas of dark chocolate all culminate in a smooth finish that leaves you wanting…more. — 4 years ago
Balanced and delicious Morey 1er cru 2014, tight at first then opened up nicely with elegance and some gorgeous red fruit. Revealed itself especially on day 2. — 5 years ago
