This wine has a pale, straw yellow color in the glass with hints of green. The nose sports a boatload of citrus - lemon, lime, tangerine - with a slight herbal scent. Pinot Grigio usually is too floral and flaccid for my taste. Not this one. The palate has every bit of that citrus from the nose and minerality to spare. Acidity is bracing, so food pairings will be easy. But this is a great sipper, too, as an aperitif. — 9 months ago

Light on the nose (prunes, minerality) with a big mouthfeel from strong tannins and rich cherry notes. Definitely needs an hour or so open before you drink it but is delightful with food that matches its strength. // Naso leggero (prugne, mineralità) con una grande sensazione in bocca. Tannini forti e note ricche di ciliegia. Deve essere aperto un'ora prima di berlo! Questo vino merita una cena abbastanza grande da contrastarlo. — 7 years ago
