Hot damn. Delicious. Jeff like you would expect with a CA cab, but a counterpoint in the raspberry/strawberry blossom flavors… a totally lovely and balanced red, aged to perfection — 12 days ago
Blend of equal amounts of local red grapes; Caino, Espadeiro and Loueiro, Ruby red color with aromas of red fruits, herb, floral and cigar box notes. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with tobacco, oak and garden herbs. Medium+ finish, chalky tannins, savory, ending with herbs, spice, cedar and slight fruit, savory. Nice, will continue to age. — 4 months ago
At the crest of the mountain but very enjoyable. Still has life. Nose is mature currents and red fruit. You can taste the Paso soil! Great marriage of Italian and American wine. The palate is silky compared to when it was released and has bursts of fruit. Slightly hot. Throwing some sediment but still a long-ish finish. — 7 months ago

This charming wine is keeping me company while I bake tonight. User reviews are all over the place, but in my humble opinion, this 2022 is very good. A light bodied Neb, with bright juicy fruit, bitter but pleasant floral, and a tasteful kiss of oak which lends some depth. Good holiday wine.
