Super funky weird but good. Grapefruit pith bitterness — 6 years ago
Continuing with the light red train. More red fruit, berry compote, effervescent and hint of yeasty Brett. A clean and sound wine made responsibly. — 6 years ago
Not the muscat sprakling wine but saving this here for now — 7 years ago
But I don’t like rosé.... — 8 years ago
Hint of blackberry fizz — 8 years ago
Just the right amount of Fizz. Light and then gets more stone fruit like the longer it breathes. — 4 years ago

This wine is basically perfect — 6 years ago
Generally not a fan of natural wines particularly with a little age like this one. Jauma is in McLaren Vale and has access to some lovely old vine Grenache fruit. This wine is unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites, biodynamic, no temperature control, organic, fermented spontaneously etc etc. It does have bright red fruits of raspberry in amongst the gravelly, earthy funk. A medium weight rustic palate where the iron stone in the soil really shows through. Low tannins Low acid. I believe these wines are best consumed when young and fresh. Certainly different. — 5 years ago
Chenin Blanc grape varietal shines beautifully. Clean. Some passion fruit, some pineapple. Lightly carbonated. Solid. — 6 years ago
Weird but good. Day drinking — 6 years ago
Molly’s Australian tasting oct 2019 . Reminded me of some really good regular wines we’ve had, almost like a Pinot but it’s a Grenache blend — 7 years ago
Delicious! Not a huge fan of reds but I absolutely loved this — 7 years ago

Sistema Vinari Fato. Dinner w Jauma and Yida at Almarge in Baladona. Beautiful blood orange nose. Quite light bodied but bold at the same time.
Love the nose. — 3 years ago
