Deep rich color and nose. Dark fruit and leather. Will likely mature over next decade. — 5 months ago

Drinking with Mom, Dad, and Emily in France at Alain Jaume! Color is dark red garnet and ruby. Nose is very stewed red fruit. Taste is definitely juicy and alcoholic dryness with spice and leather in the background. Also very very good — 3 years ago
The inaugural bottle of a very wine heavy trip. Hard to find any faults with this one for 2 euros. I love sparkling wine and cava is top 2 for me. Was it free lounge champagne? No. Was it great? Yes. Super light and crisp, making it very easy to drink. I get a lot of green apple and lemon, with also a slight peach note. There’s also a bit of bread/nuttiness which I believe comes from the traditional method, but it stays light. — 2 months ago
My ideal weeknight sparkling wine. My dad is a big Cava fan, so naturally I was raised to be the same. This wine is so reasonably priced and arguably over performs. Crisp and straightforward with notes of green apple, lemon zest, and a little pear, plus a light toasty finish. The bubbles are lively but not aggressive, making it super drinkable. Clean, dry, and refreshing. Solid everyday cava. No complaints. — 3 months ago
Tannins are smooth but provide a long finish — 5 months ago
Still black and never seen so much sediment stuck to the side of the bottle — 10 months ago
