Initially incredibly tight and linear when first opened. But after some air, it opened up with notes of jasmine? and green apples in the nose. All in all lovely bottle to have with some pizza. — 7 years ago
Crisp, light, citrus and cider apple flavor. Nice aperitif. — 4 months ago
Ripe citric, honey, apricot. Not so dry. Nice color that suggests sugar and fruits. Long: 6-7 — 2 years ago

I don’t often drink Aperol Spritzes (OK, that’s a blatant lie) but when I do I prefer Gosset. Actually, Bisol is killer for an Aperol Spritz. This wasn’t real creamy but it was very nice. Citrus, a little tart, lovely. — 7 years ago

Black tea and cherry followed by deep cocoa. Really elegant with medium tannins. Really loving this. Quite complex. — 7 months ago
New Year’s Eve 2023 Excellent dry — 2 years ago
Decided to try this one that has been on the shelf awhile for NYE. Quite nice with a very yeasty, flint, and smoke aroma. Nice Fizz. Yellow-green in color. The cork is a bit unusual as it is held on with a rope as opposed to a wire cage. Smooth with a slight salinity and nice finish. — 4 years ago
More orange than rose in colour. Earthy and yeasty on the nose. Dried apricots, persimmons, with notes of swiss chard, and bitter greens coming through. A dense and earthy taste persists in the palate. More of a thoughtfull wine than just simple bubbles. — 6 years ago
Dry and clean; bubbles were subtle. Some fruit as it warmed up. — 7 years ago
