Dark ruby hue. Aromas of blackberry, cassis, earthy, leather, pepper, plum. Plus body, plus tannins, plus acidity. Balanced with a long finish. Bold and smooth. Eminently drinkable now, but well worth cellaring. 49% Merlot, 39% Cabernet Franc, 12% Cabernet Sauvignon. — 2 years ago

Still wonderful with reheated leg of lamb, intense and flavorful ($39) — 3 months ago
This wine was purchased for cooking, and as the saying goes, sometimes I even get it in the food. Well, it is quite dry, although a tad oaky. I was in the mood for it, so it didn't bother me at all. I used it in a sauce for a creamy lemon butter pasta dish. It worked just fine, and tasted great, too. In fact, every Line 39 wine I have had has been good. — a year ago

First time I really liked a sake. Paired with ceviche with basil and small sprouts. Loved the plummy smell with a distant sweetness — 3 months ago
A nice way to toast my daughter’s 33rd Birthday! Blend of Chardonnay (42%), Pinot Noir (39%) and Meunier (18%). Straw gold color. Ripe apple hits both the nose and palate immediately with additional notes of pie and bread dough, lemon, apricot, white flowers and fresh herbs. Distinct chalky/nutty note on the finish. Rich and full bodied. Acidity was a bit lighter than expected. Quite dry but extremely fruit forward. A bit lacking in effervescence and mousse but still quite enjoyable. Thank you for sharing and Happy Birthday, Kase! — 8 months ago
