Lazy Caesar

Lazy Susan Ranch

The Vineyardist Cabernet Sauvignon 2012

An excellent wine. I bought this a long time ago after visiting the winery (which was spectacular). Fabulous bouquet, black currants, raspberry jam, plum, and spices. Pop and pour. Glad I have a couple of more bottles. — a month ago

La Crema

Sonoma Coast Chardonnay

Beautifully balanced. Well rounded and very buttery. Not too sweet or acidic. Pairs very well with creamy dishes, Caesar salad, fish and chicken. Smells very oaky but does not taste overwhelmingly so. Overall delicious wine. — 5 years ago

Cherry Pie Wines

Pinot Noir

First enjoyed with Dave Roesler at Luna in 2017 or 18. It was $70. Found it for $20 this winter of 2022 at Lazy Acres and shared with the Hidegs. Also amazing — 4 years ago

Perrier-Jouët

Grand Brut Champagne Blend

Fresh, dry, toast and apple. A little nutty, a lot crisp, and really delicious. If I wasn't such a lazy bones today if make a nice board to go with this, but it works fine alone. — 5 years ago

Lazy Bones Paso Robles Cabernet Franc 2016

This has some of the red fruit that I would expect, but not as much as other cab francs I’ve had. This does have nice stony minerality, and a lot of black pepper. Medium bodied with medium-ish puckery tannins. This bottle was a great value at Trader Joe’s. — 9 years ago
