This deep-pink rosé made with whole-cluster Grenache, Tempranillo, and Zinfandel grapes is absolutely dynamite!
Produced by Forlorn Hope, from the organically-farmed Rorick Heritage Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills of Calaveras County, CA.
It bursts onto the palate with juicy watermelon, hibiscus, white tea, raspberry, strawberries and cream, opening up to a textural mouthfeel, made fresh with bright acidity. It’s delicious.
Cheers to high-quality, small-batch producers that are carving a new path in California! — 2 years ago

Strange wine. Very little fruit here, but a crazy amount of botanical herbs that reminds me of Chartreuse, jasmine, chamomile, slate, leafy greens, and maybe some spearmint. Not delicious but fascinating none the less. This will get someone out of their comfort zone real quick! — 4 years ago

Outstanding. While Pinot Noir typically speaks to a place, this one does not tell you that it is from California. Lovely age worthy Burgundy style Pinot. — 2 months ago
