Wundervolle salzige, säurehaltige Essensbegleitung für 26€ — 9 months ago
Best Albariño I’ve ever had. Bright with excellent depth and good acidity. — 3 years ago
Wow that nose! There is chalk and lemon peel, to that point that I could be thrown off-pace to Chablis here. There are some pear notes too that linger in the back. The palate is a joy... There is a massive acid backbone that makes it a very long wine. There is width and matter, giving it presence. There are lemon peel and pear notes all along, along with a chalky, dusty mouthfeel on the sides. The finish is long, extended, with pear notes and that slight lemon peel thing which goes away somehow in the end. That's clearly a very serious vinho Verde here! I'm a big fan — 4 years ago

Letzte Flasche des 2016ers, nicht mehr so spritzig, aber immer noch säurebetont und fruchtig zugleich, feiner Wein. — 6 years ago

Ancient skin-contact tradition is handled with modern restraint; this wine is calm, precise, and quietly rebellious. Refreshing with a med body and a bright citrus peel with sea mist profile. Props to the Somm at Wren & Wolf in Phoenix. This was the most interesting wine of my trip. — 6 months ago
