Produced from the "mosto flor" ("free-run juice") of sustainably grown and hand-harvested grapes. Ya means "yes!" in Spain. Straw yellow with good flow of tiny bubbles and light mousse. Stone fruit aromas with a vanilla nut fragrance. On the palate peach and citrus flavors, good balance, plenty of acidity and lingers nicely. — 10 months ago

This is clearly NOT macebo and chard - you're leaving out the wonderfully distinct Xarel-lo that gives it body and that almost smoked almond like bitterness.
But hell yeah I'm proud of Mexico for getting on the Cava train and making something really respectable in house.
NV but it spends 18 months 'crianza sobra lias' (on the lees;) so I'm guessing it was 2022 — 2 years ago
