This is a Belgian style ale brewed with Chamomile flower and it’s amazing, picture the frothiness of the chamomile tea, and it’s robustness and gentle bitterness in a beer form... it’s very very very good! — 8 years ago

One of the best. Love the chili pepper flavor with dark and milk chocolates. Cinnamon and vanilla are secondary. The spice is what sets this apart from other beers in this style. Needs no pairing. — 5 years ago

This was a true surprise. One of the best barrel aged stouts I've had. The vanilla really mellows out the booziness, but there's a lot of complexity with the chocolate and whisky notes. — 6 years ago

A touch cloudy lemon yellow in appearance with a medium white head. A bit stinky with a touch of citrus rind and hay. Smooth and crisp mouthfeel with some funkiness and stone fruits. Medium length finish. Perfect Saison for people new to the style. — 8 years ago
