Douro blend, bright and crisp acidity when first open. Some red fruit and pepper notes. Mellow tannins. Full body showing up late with more air. Low alc at 13.5%. Nice. — a year ago

What a great medium bodied wine. Super balance and highly drinkable. Reminded me of a great Cru Beaujolais. — 5 years ago

This wine is from Portugal the Dão region and not from Spain in Galicia. Please have this corrected in the app classification. — 8 years ago
Funky nose of lemon, allspice and sulfur. Light-medium bodied. Beguiling on the palate. Lemon curd, green apple and slightly oxidized in a good way. — 8 months ago
Actually a blend of Cab Sauv, Castelão, Syrah, Touriga Nacional and Alicante Bouschet. This wine is a very dark purple, almost inky. The nose is also dark, showing blackberry notes alongside savory tobacco, spice and earth, all in a very smokey framework. The palate of this interesting blend is nearly stunning. Tannins have a good grip, but the blue fruit flavors are amazing and the acidity leaves the sipper salivating. It seems bizarre to me that this wine cost less than $10. It drinks like it should cost much more.

This 2015 red blend is really good. It's balanced and seems to go with everything. There's something about these Portugeuese wines. — 6 years ago
