Going out early tomorrow morning to see the transition of the birdlife at one of our treasured, local reserves, so I'm hoping this will bring some luck for good sightings. Last bottle 😕

Color is like salmon-copper, amazing.

Nose has dried orange peel, fresh cranberry and raspberry juice.

Palate is showing light oxidation, but I think that's appealing, alongside strawberry-cranberry and light Silex notes. One of our favorite bottles, trendy before the hipsters picked up the "Put a Bird on It!" meme, I do miss Portlandia. — 7 years ago

@Dawn E. We do have a regular pair of Bald Eagles fishing at the pond about 1/4 mile from the house, but we're hopeful at finding Warblers tomorrow about 10 miles south on the MA/CT border line, TBD.

We have to wait until early May before our beautiful Bobolinks come home, and our Orioles come home to eat our Apple blossoms a couple weeks later.
