Nice dry finish. Flavors of cocoa, tobacco, dates and other dry fruits. The wine held up well with the prime, New York steaks, truffled, macaroni and cheese, lemon risotto, and other great appetizers we had for my birthday dinner at Hannah’s restaurant in Rancho Santa Margarita, California. This one is definitely going on the revised list. — 3 years ago
