What a delicious bottle of wine. I’m not remembering when or where I got this or the cost but I’m impressed with how well it has held up after 23 years. — a month ago
Mild buttery, good on own — 3 months ago
Primarily Cabernet Sauvignon with small amounts (6%) of Merlot and Malbec blended in. Dark ruby color. Aromas of black cherry/currants, violets and toffee. The palate is also black fruit focused with additional flavors of chocolate, black licorice and black pepper. Touch of vanilla and fresh herbs on the medium length finish. The tannins have smoothed out and the acidity is quite bright. More medium bodied and subtly sweet. Easy drinker. — 9 months ago
At 23 years of age And 22 years on the lees, this wine has loads of toasty autolytic flavors combined with lemon drop, dried orange rind, dried raspberry, baked apple, toast, pastry, honey, hazelnut and acacia. Soft but persistent mousse and an extremely long finish. — 3 months ago
From Costco - flavourful and a little heavier than expected. Deep rose colour, good sipper — 9 months ago

The 2006 is in a great place right now. Balanced with some elements of a second maturation phase. Toasted almonds and brioche - very pleasant treat on this hot spring weekend. — 17 days ago
