Clos de Gallur €35 in resto, spaanse bordeaux blend cab sav, garnacha en tempranillo — 2 years ago
Excellent wine, good value for money. — 5 years ago
Takes hours to fully open up. Literally a dark brown hue with rich smells of leather and dried herbs. Minimal fruit on this one. Bold, acidic and tannic at every phase. Drinking, much, much better than I expected for a low price, ten year old, Argentinian Sangiovese Merlot blend. — 6 years ago
Nice every day wine for meat or heavy dinner.
I would let it sit for a while before drinking. — 9 years ago

This blend is Monastrell and Shiraz from Alicante, can’t find that on Delectable. Color is lovely. Red with some purple/maroon streaks in there. Aroma is meaty and exotic. Violets and some herb (or herbal tonic). Flavors are like the nose. Flowers like roses and violets meet some herbal element. Also tart red/black berries. This shows more of the Monastrell than the Syrah/Shiraz with that stem-y licorice root stuff. Dry and euro in style. We’ll made. Bitter bite is nice. — 3 years ago
