First of two... tremendous fruit, almost to the point of overwhelming. Took over an hour for it to open up and allow the minerals to become more prominent. Once it did, however, the wine was a quintessential Talley production. Delicious. Could probably age another 5-8+ years — 6 years ago

Soooo..... we have to renounce everything we have ever said about an Albariño. This is the second one we have had in Puerto Rico and it pairs so well with seafood - it may be a new favorite. Medium bodied, very pale yellow, light flora on the nose, semi-dry, mild green apple maybe pear with a twist of saline on the finish. (At Saltaire in Rincon PR. Tim had Korean stew/ Paula had ginger glazed Mahi mahi w/ smashed sweet potatoes) a lovely dinner after an afternoon on the beach at Playa Cabo roho. — 9 years ago
