one of the best complex sours I remember trying. Seems heavily Brett (of the 4 in here) "in a good way" Was a gift but would rebuy as a splurge — 6 years ago

Classy, quietly complex. Maybe not going to turn your head if you're looking for an adjunct heavy, more is more style, but this hits my sweet spot. Funk balanced by citrus, delightfully tart without being screechy. In the top 5 domestic wild/sour currently being produced. — 8 years ago

My fondness for Silla Sebaste grows with each glass. This is my first Bussia from this producer and it’s approachable on opening and opens up even more over several hours. Pronounced floral and cherry nose. Mouth watering cherry and other dark fruits, spices, and add a little smoke and leather from front to mid palate. The moderate lingering tannins start to take over late palate and dry the mouth through the finish. Wonderful experience with a lot going on. — 5 years ago
— 6 years ago
