Gave this more air than the bottle of the 22 we had in the fall and I think that was the right call. Always love these wines and this was no exception. Great depth of dark cherry fruit, truly excellent acid with that bit of bitter earth on the finish. Tannins felt more present than the last bottle but a great pairing with a lasagna. — a month ago

入荷してから1年が経過。

りんごやかりんなどのしっかりした果実なら後に、カリッと硬質？クリスプ？で、ジワジワと旨味と苦味がやってくる。苦味は果実のというよりは、ミネラルの苦味っぽい。
なかなか面白い白ワイン。

割と甘めの味わいだったので、少し冷やし気味にしてみた。
チャーミングで心地よいフランボワーズや苺的な酸。キャンディ香。心地よいタンニン。
そして、ネガティブではないが少し青さも。
早摘のブドウで全房発酵を施しているのに、嫌な青さがなく、熟した味わいと心地よさがあるのはさすが。

Nice radda Chianti riserva but at this point at least not worth the $45+ price point over things like Istine or Tenuta Carleone at ~half the price or Boncie il Cinque at about the same price. Maybe in several years if it evens out? Gave it 3+ hours of air. Really a wonderful nose but the fruit doesn’t express that well and the tannins are a bit muddled. Nice refreshing acid on the finish though. — 9 months ago
